Welcome to KeySync Web Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Services

   KeySync Web Solutions provides digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), website development, content strategy, and related consulting services. The scope of each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, agreement, or invoice.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services.

3. Payment Terms

   Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis, due on the 1st day of each month.

   Payments will be automatically billed to the payment method provided unless otherwise arranged.

   A six (6) month minimum commitment is required for all Services. Clients may not cancel Services prior to the completion of this initial term.

   After the initial 6-month period, Services will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in writing with thirty (30) days’ notice.

   Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

   All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

   You agree to:

   • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform Services.

   • Obtain all required rights, licenses, and permissions for content or materials you provide.

   • Cooperate in a timely manner to avoid delays in the delivery of Services.

5. Intellectual Property

   All content, strategies, and materials created by KeySync Web Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

   Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business purposes.

   We may use anonymized case studies or performance results for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

   Our Services may include recommendations or integration with third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party providers.

7. No Guarantee of Results

   While we strive to improve your online visibility and performance, we do not guarantee specific results such as first-page rankings or a particular level of traffic. SEO and digital performance depend on numerous external factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law:

   • KeySync Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

   • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

   You may not terminate Services prior to completing the six (6) month minimum commitment.

   After the initial term, either party may terminate Services with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

   You remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
